Rasulullah s.a.w adalah penyampai agama islam yang mahu umatnya melalui hari-hari dengan hati yang sentiasa bertaut kepada Allah S.W.T. Bangun tidur, hendak tidur, ketika makan, bergembira, bersedih dan sebagainya dengan hati yang penuh dengan keimanan dan akal serta fikiran yang menyegarkan supaya tiada tindakan dan ucapan kita terlepas daripada kawalan kesedaran dengan kehadiran Allah S.W.T.
Janganlah kita membiarkan waktu terbiar atau terbuang begitu saja kerana dibimbangi akan ada syaitan yang meluangkan masa itu bersama-sama kita. Rasulullah s.a.w menghendaki kita sentiasa sedar bahawa suatu masa yang tidak diketahui, kita akan bertemu dengan Allah S.W.T dalam keadaan sedang berdoa kepadanya. Sebab itulah banyak doa yang telah diajari oleh Rasulullah s.a.w. Mesti kita amalkan dalam kehidupan ini.
Rasulullah s.a.w telah memberitahu kepada Abu Hurairah r.a perkara yang akan syaitan lakukan terhadap kita ketika tertidur:
Rasulullah s.a.w bersabda . '' syaitan mengikat 3 belenggu di atas kepala seseorang daripada kamu ketika sedang tidur. Dalam setiap belenggu, syaitan akan menulis, ''engkau memiliki malam yang panjang teruskan tidurmu.'' Jika orang itu terbangun dan mengingati Allah S.W.T, maka akan terlerailah belenggu pertama daripada kepalanya. Jika dia berwuduk, lepaslah belenggu yang kedua dan jika dia solat, maka terlepaslah belenggu yang ketiga. Oleh itu, pada waktu pagi, jiwanya akan bersih dan tenang. Jika tidak, dia akan menjadi malas dan jiwanya akan kotor.'' ( Hadis riwayat Bukhari dan Muslim daripada Abu Hurairah ).

1.banyakkan berdo'a – Ini adalah salah satu kaedah yang sungguh berkesan. Semasa berdo'a turut katakan "Ya,Allah jadikan hatiku bersih"
2. Selawat keatas Nabi Muhammad s.a.w paling minima 100 X sebelum tidur – Ini merupakan satu pelaburan yang mudah dan murah. Disamping dosa-dosa diampunkan, otak tenang, murah rezeki, orang sayangkan kita dan mencetuskan semua perkara kebaikan.
3. Solat taubat – Selain daripada memohon keampunan, dapat mencuci hati dan menenangka
1. Dirikan solat dan
n minda.
4. Membaca Al-Quran – Selain dapat mencuci hati juga menenangkan jiwa, penyembuh, penenang, terapi. Sekurang- kurangnya bacalah "Qulhu-allah" sebanyak 3X.
5. Berma'af-ma'afan sesama kawan setiap hari.
6. Bisikan kepada diri perkara yang positif – Jangan sesekali mengkritik, kutuk diri sendiri, merendah-rendahkan kebolehan diri sendiri.katakan lah "Aku sebenarnya......(perkara yang elok-elok belaka)
7. Program minda/cuci minda – Paling baik pada waktu malam sebelum tidur, senyum, pejam mata, katakan di dalam hati : "Ya, Allah cuci otak aku, cuci hatiku, esok aku nak jadi baik, berjaya, ceria, bersemangat, aktif, positif". Menurut kajian psikologi, apa yang disebut sebelum tidur dapat dirakamkan sepanjang tidur sehingga keesokan harinya – cubalah!!
8. Berpuasa – Sekiranya dalam berpuasa terhindar dari melakukan perkara-perkara kejahatan.
9. Mengingati mati – Sekiranya hendak melakukan sesuatu kejahatan, tidak sampai hati kerana bimbang akan mati bila- bila masa.
10. Kekalkan wuduk.
11. Bersedekah.
12. Belanja orang makan.
13. Jaga makanan – jangan makan makanan yang shubhah.(diragui halal dan haramnya.)
14. Berkawan dengan ulama'.
15. Berkawan dengan orang miskin (menginsafi.)
16. Pesan pada orang, jadi baik.
17. Menjaga pacaindera (mata, telinga, mulut dan lain-lain.)

At 17, Tae Woong (Hyun Bin), a mathmatical genius, meets two people who will later become people he loves. One becomes his best friend and the other, his love.
Tae Woong’s best friend, Kim Jeong Kyu (Lee Sun Ho), also classified as a genius, competes for academic accolades. After Tae Woong beats him in an international math Olympiad Jeong Kyu commits suicide. During this same time, Tae Woong meets a little girl who develops a crush on him. However, he loses touch with her without finding out her name.
These tragic events take their toll on the rest of Tae Woong’s life. At 25, eight years later, Tae Woong is now a third class boxer and in unexpected events, finds Bo Ra (Sung Yu Ri), the little girl he once knew. Although this winter will be very cold and scary, winter is not the end of the seasons, but the beginning of the hope for a greater love.
